THG Winter update

A note from our founder:

One of my favourite parts of running THG is watching our team grow. When Mere and I started the business, we knew the culture we wanted to create. We wanted a workplace where people genuinely enjoy coming to work, where asking questions is encouraged, and where everyone is invested in getting better every single day.

This month I found myself sitting back for a moment and listening to the conversations happening around the office. One person was helping another navigate a tricky tenancy, someone else was celebrating a great inspection result, and there was the usual debate over where we were ordering lunch from. 

I am so proud of our team. Every person brings something different, and together they genuinely care about doing the right thing for our landlords and tenants.

Property management can be a tough industry, and not every day is smooth sailing. But seeing the way our team supports each other, shares knowledge and celebrates the little wins reminds me why we started THG in the first place.
